OUR STAFF
Staff That Feels Like Family
At Our Kids Day Camp, we don’t just hire staff; we raise them. We are proud to say that many of our counselors started here as campers, moved up to our Leader in Training (LIT) program, and now work with us as adults. We have even welcomed a second generation of campers—parents who grew up at Our Kids and now trust us with their own children!
Trained for Safety & Fun
Whether they are returning veterans or new team members, every staff member completes a mandatory Intensive Orientation. We focus on child development, team building, and safety protocols to ensure a supportive environment for every camper.
Top-Tier Water Safety
We take swimming seriously. All lifeguards are trained and certified directly by camp owner Helen Hoffmann, who is an official Instructor for the American Red Cross.

OUR PROGRAMS
Fun for Every Age
Whether they are 4 or 14, our campers enjoy fresh air, heated pools, and non-stop action. We separate campers into three age-specific divisions to ensure safety and maximum fun.

No Screens, Just Fun: We take a break from phones to focus on laughter, conversation, and stress-free play. It’s a chance for teens to unwind and gain confidence.
